The Light We Carry

In this episode, I’m coming back to where it all started—just me, the mic, and my heart. After taking time to slow down, move to Dallas, and complete a 75-day challenge of presence and prayer, I felt called to return to podcasting. This space has always been like an open diary for me, and today, I’m sharing where I’m at and what’s been on my heart.

I talk about the power of hope, the strength that love gives us, and how none of us have it all figured out—we’re just doing the best we can. If you’ve been navigating change, wondering when to start, or needing a sign to keep going, I hope this episode feels like a soft landing.
